Main Roles

AI Product & Experience

Owns the end-to-end user experience, translating shopper intent into high-conversion product flows and intelligent recommendation logic. Defines the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while tightly integrating AI capabilities with UX and commerce outcomes.

AI Deployment Engineer

Owns merchant integrations end-to-end, deploying the AI assistant into complex ecommerce stacks with speed, reliability, and performance. Builds scalable onboarding pipelines, custom model configurations, and real-time data connections to ensure seamless activation, measurable uplift, and fast time-to-value.

Account Executive (Mid-Market → Enterprise)

Owns the full revenue lifecycle from first call to closed-won and expansion, selling a high-ROI AI platform into ecommerce, product, and growth leaders. Drives complex multi-stakeholder deals, builds deep executive relationships, and consistently closes six- and seven-figure ARR contracts.
